Over the course of more than two years, I successfully completed the reorganization and standardization of the company's brand guidelines, including the application of the logo, typography, and colors. I also added detailed rules and guidelines on using the brand's typography and colors in various designs. Furthermore, I established brand guidelines related to video production.

eDM Designs

The company frequently sends holiday promotional images to customers via email. As the chief designer, I am responsible for designing these images, ensuring that they align with the company’s brand identity and convey the spirit of the holiday.

These holiday promotional images may include:

  1. Holiday greeting cards: Designing cards with holiday elements and the company’s brand elements to express holiday wishes to customers.
  2. Product promotions: Creating attractive promotional images that combine holiday themes with the company’s products, encouraging customers to make purchases during the holiday season.
  3. Holiday offers: Designing images that highlight holiday deals and promotions to attract customer participation.
  4. Brand image: Creating holiday-related images that simultaneously emphasize the company’s brand image and values.

When designing these images, I carefully consider color schemes, layout designs, and visual elements to create visually appealing, engaging, and brand-consistent holiday promotional images. By sending these images via email, the company can maintain contact with customers, enhance customer loyalty, and promote products and services during the holiday season.

Branding Guideline

The old brand guidelines had not been updated for a long time and only covered the company’s previous image style. In early 2023, due to the update of the company’s image, I simultaneously updated the brand guidelines based on the current standards and added more detailed explanations of the resource styles.

EXPO Related Design

As the chief designer, I was also involved in creating various designs for the company’s participation in exhibitions and trade shows. These events provide an excellent opportunity for the company to showcase its products, connect with potential customers, and establish its brand presence in the industry.

My responsibilities related to EXPO designs included:

  1. Exhibition booth design: I designed the layout and visual elements of the company’s exhibition booth, ensuring that it effectively showcased our products and attracted visitors. This involved creating 3D renderings, floor plans, and detailed design specifications for the booth construction.
  2. Promotional materials: I designed various promotional materials for distribution at the EXPO, such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogs. These materials provided detailed information about our products, company history, and unique selling points.
  3. Digital presentations: I created engaging digital presentations and videos that were displayed on screens within the exhibition booth. These presentations highlighted the key features and benefits of our products, as well as the company’s mission and values.

Throughout the EXPO-related design process, I ensured that all elements were consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicated our company’s message. By creating visually appealing and informative designs, we were able to attract more visitors to our booth, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales for our products.
